The Role:

The Games Manager will be part of the centralised Games Team responsible for the eight regulated markets which NetBet operates in. The right candidate will be comfortable setting the game launch roadmap, managing game supplier relationships & expectations, and ensuring delivery of games as per the planned roadmap. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work in a constantly changing environment and maintaining working relationships with many stakeholders both internally and externally.



Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage the Game Release Roadmap for NetBet
  • Communicate the roadmap, highlighting games of note, to the relevant internal teams, in particular CRM & Marketing.
  • Maintain good working relationships with all providers and evaluate potential new providers & games offered for suitability for the NetBet markets.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners.
  • Help gather information for audits and other ad-hoc information requests from Compliance, Marketing and/or Country teams.
  • Stay on top of regulatory restrictions for each Netbet jurisdiction and ensure the Games Team is delivering compliant content.
  • Regular reporting to management on KPIs, delivery etc.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and innovations as they relate to games.
  • Some travel to other offices and/or industry events should be expected.


Person Specifications:


  • Relevant experience in a similar role within Online casino/gambling experience
  • Strong knowledge of casino games
  • Must have experience managing relationship with partners/games providers.
  • Based in Malta or London
  • Highly organised with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to navigate in a complex and constantly changing environment.
  • An independent and reliable self-starter
  • Some technical understanding would be a benefit.
