*What We're Looking For* *Experience:* Minimum of 5 years of sales and CS experience in the casino or online gaming industry, with a focus on real money games, and at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
*Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
*Skills:*
* Strong understanding of the European gaming market and regulatory environment.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenues targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

*Languages:* Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages are a plus.
