What you’ll be doing:

  • Establish civil pre-construction strategies, including procurement and tender schedules
  • Define project temporary requirements for inclusion in BOQ and estimates
  • Collaborate on civil tender schedules with the Tender Manager Civil and Civil Scheduler
  • Develop construction sequences, methodologies, milestones, and payment schedules for subcontracting


What we want from you:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience in Construction Management or Commercial Management in heavy civils projects
  • Strong communication skills for complex technical issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PIRS, SAP, and MS Project
  • Excellent project management skills, handling multiple projects concurrently
