Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior SAP Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, performing product demonstrations, and supporting the sales process to achieve the company’s sales objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in SAP sales.


Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels including online research, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing activities and convert them into sales opportunities.

Performing Demos:

  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of SAP solutions.
  • Customize demo presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each potential client.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical and sales presentations to clients.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on lead status and sales activities.
  • Support senior sales executives in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely solutions to their issues.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • 1-2 years experience working with SAP Sales

  • Reasonable understanding of SAP products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
