Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that service users are central to care delivery, with their preferences and well-being prioritised.
  • Ensure that all staff contribute effectively to the smooth operation of Muve Homecare and oversee their performance.
  • Organise and coordinate care delivery according to best practices, company policies, standards, and legal requirements, under the guidance of the manager.
  • Ensure care services are delivered to service users at the scheduled times and for the specified durations in their individual agreements and contract standards.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of the individuals you support.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with other employees within Muve Homecare.
  • Collaborate with members of multidisciplinary teams to optimise care opportunities for service users.
  • Participate in statutory training and any additional training as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical thinking and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated compassion and empathy.
  • Ability to travel as required.
