Job Overview:
- Provide leadership and guidance to care staff at Muve Homecare
- Deliver care in line with current best practices, following company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements, under the direction of the manager.
- Supervise care delivery within the service.
- Keep skills current, participating in ongoing training and development as needed to stay updated with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that service users are central to care delivery, with their preferences and well-being prioritised.
- Ensure that all staff contribute effectively to the smooth operation of Muve Homecare and oversee their performance.
- Organise and coordinate care delivery according to best practices, company policies, standards, and legal requirements, under the guidance of the manager.
- Ensure care services are delivered to service users at the scheduled times and for the specified durations in their individual agreements and contract standards.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of the individuals you support.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with other employees within Muve Homecare.
- Collaborate with members of multidisciplinary teams to optimise care opportunities for service users.
- Participate in statutory training and any additional training as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrated compassion and empathy.
- Ability to travel as required.
