Duties will include:

• Working closely with the Director

• Efficiently manage and administer a portfolio of properties

• Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants, and team members during active tenancies

• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and legal obligations

• Handle invoices, supplier payments, and insurance claims promptly

• Perform property visits, manage tenant issues and organise inventory checkouts

• Negotiate tenancy renewals and process legal notices

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to team members

• Office management duties

• Keep updated with legislation and best practices regarding lettings


The ideal Candidate will have:

• Experience in Property/lettings

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines

• Strong numeracy skills

• Strong IT skills including Excel

• Team player with a professional appearance and approach
