Responsibilities:- Prepare, receive, and verify new client care pack electronically, ensuring regulatory compliance- Verify identification and source of funds for all new clients- Update the company management system proactively to ensure an accurate status- Complete tasks assigned to you to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients- Handle incoming calls and other communications and respond to queries promptly- Greeting clients and visitors as required

To apply although previous office experience is beneficial, it is not essential if you have the right attitude and personality, they are happy to train and develop candidates who are keen to learn and progress. You must be reliable and proactive, proficient in Microsoft packages and excellent communication skills.

Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday (one hour for lunch)
