An excellent opportunity has emerged for an Administrative Team Coordinator to become a vital member of our supportive Admin Team.

The successful candidate will collaborate with clinical personnel dedicated to assisting individuals with severe mental health challenges and learning disabilities.

As a primary contact for service users, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, demonstrating outstanding customer service skills is crucial for this role. Previous experience within the NHS is advantageous, along with the ability to work independently. Main Responsibilities

About You

The ideal candidate will deliver high-level confidential administrative support to Community Mental Health and Learning Disability Teams, ensuring adherence to Trust Values throughout their work. They will work collaboratively to provide an efficient administrative service that assists clinical staff in meeting operational requirements. We are looking for enthusiastic, diligent team players with excellent organizational skills who can maintain quality in document production, collaborate effectively with colleagues to manage daily workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Experience in minute-taking is a plus.

Previous NHS experience is also beneficial.

Essential:
