In this role, you will collaborate with clinical personnel dedicated to assisting individuals facing significant mental health challenges and learning disabilities.

As a primary liaison for service users, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals, exceptional customer service skills are paramount. While prior experience within the NHS is beneficial, we encourage applications from seasoned administrators or secretaries who have effectively supported multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

About You

The ideal candidate will deliver high-level confidential administrative support to Community Mental Health and Learning Disability Teams, ensuring adherence to Trust Values in all tasks. You will work collaboratively to provide a comprehensive administrative service that meets operational requirements, assisting clinical staff in their duties. We are looking for enthusiastic, diligent team players with excellent organizational skills who can maintain quality in document production, work cooperatively with colleagues to manage daily workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in minute-taking is advantageous.

Previous NHS experience is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

GCSE level grade C education or equivalent NVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent experience Word Processing/ Typing RSA or equivalent experience
