As a Finance Analyst/Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations, providing detailed analysis and insights to drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability assessments.
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models using Excel to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assist with cost analysis and operational efficiency projects to enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Part or Newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and financial modeling.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in a finance analyst role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
