Who You Are
You are the mastermind behind our advertising creativity, aligning closely with Media Buyers to analyze current ad performances and devise compelling creative campaigns for our clients to achieve a 3-5x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) monthly. Your insights will directly influence the creation of engaging content by our creative team, which consists of graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters, ensuring alignment with overall strategy and objectives. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our campaigns and scaling our clients' growth through innovative and effective static, motion, and video ads.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end creative strategy flywheel process turning research, competitor intel, creative instinct, and performance data into new top-performing ads
- Execute a mix of iterations (quick ad wins) and big swings (longer, more complex ad ideas) to scale ad spend
- Study and immerse yourself in social media trends using them to inspire fresh creative ideas
- Brainstorm ad angles, hooks, and concepts that get attention
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and media buyers to turn napkin ideas into high-performing campaigns
- Manage around 6 e-commerce clients, each with individual monthly ad spends ranging from $30k-$120k.
- Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and work with media buyers to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact
- Work with performance marketing team and clients to ensure alignment on creative direction and performance metrics
- Audit brands to ensure creative strategies align with clients’ brand and campaign objectives. Produce comprehensive brand guidelines that contribute to achieving a target of 5x ROAS.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of extensive media buying experience, particularly with Facebook (e.g. Growth Marketing, Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, Performance marketing etc.)
- Proven experience working on an e-commerce Meta ad account with a monthly spend of at least $100k
- Understanding the importance of creative in the paid media landscape
- Strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to translate data into actionable creative insights
- Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you know how to inspire and guide creative teams to meet business goals.
