Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and oversee performance-focused paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Align strategies with client KPIs, ensuring all campaigns are ROI-focused and measurable.
  • Implement and optimize paid social campaigns to ensure maximum performance and delivery against set KPIs.
  • Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and new tools or technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights, regular updates, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Present campaign performance, trends, and growth opportunities, ensuring clients understand the value of the work delivered.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a team of Paid Social Managers and Executives, providing guidance, support, and training.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams such as programmatic, creative, and data analytics to create integrated media solutions for clients.
  • Foster a positive team environment, encouraging creativity, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Performance Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, making informed optimizations to improve performance and maximize ROAS.
  • Provide detailed post-campaign reports and analysis, highlighting successes, learnings, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms to track performance, evaluate success, and ensure consistent data accuracy.

Budget & Financial Management

  • Oversee budget allocation, bid management, and pacing to ensure optimal use of client budgets.
  • Ensure campaigns remain within budget while achieving or surpassing KPIs.
  • Contribute to client forecasting, helping to set and manage client expectations for budget and performance.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in paid social media with a focus on performance campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale paid social campaigns across major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and insights to drive campaign performance.
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • High proficiency in social media management tools, ad platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and strategies clearly to clients and team members.
