Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Structured Products Sales Professional to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in structured products sales, possess a deep understanding of financial markets, and bring a portfolio of transferable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and other key clients.
- Identify and pitch suitable structured product solutions tailored to clients' investment goals and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with the product development team to create customized investment products.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the structured products division.
- Provide exceptional client service and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structured products sales within the financial services industry.
- Proven success in building and maintaining a strong client network with transferable clients.
- In-depth knowledge of structured products, financial markets, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
