Structured Product Sales – London or Switzerland

Platinum & Partners is proud to represent a distinguished financial institution based in London and Switzerland. Our client specialises in delivering a diverse range of services and cross asset solutions to Institutional Clients, Asset Managers, Private Banks, Wealth Managers and Family Offices. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced Senior structured Product Sales Executives to join our client's high-performing team in London or Switzerland. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a thriving organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients in your designated region.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored structured product solutions.
- Sales Growth:
- Drive sales growth by proactively identifying opportunities and effectively presenting our client's offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed desk targets, showcasing a proven track record in sales performance.
- Business Expansion:
- Utilise your existing client base, if applicable, to further expand business opportunities within the specified regions.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in structured product sales in your specific regions, preferably from an investment bank or brokerage environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Sell-side experience is a prerequisite; buy-side experience will not be considered at this time.
