  • Write and edit both non-technical and technical content to ensure a consistent corporate voice throughout the tender document.
  • Use a CRM system to manage and report on the tender and opportunity register.
  • Organise and report on bid/no-bid meetings and serve as the single point of contact with clients when required.
  • Analyse and provide insights into the success or failure of bid submissions.
  • Coordinate the development of presentations and supporting materials for major bids.
  • Develop and oversee the content, design, and production of tender documents.
  • Take ownership of bid requests, ensuring pitches, tenders, and presentations are fully compliant with client specifications.
  • Maintain the format and layout of submission documents and develop the tender library and templates.
  • Assist in refining bid processes, providing feedback for continual improvement, and implementing best practices.
  • Conduct post-tender analysis, reporting findings, and implementing improvements based on previous submissions.
  • Proactively collect and format case studies and track records from technical teams for inclusion in tenders.

Essential Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in renewables, oil and gas, nuclear, or construction industries.
  • Strong organisational skills for managing technical inputs and ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamworking abilities, with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in drafting and compiling complex tenders, including proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with legal and contractual terms related to bidding and procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyse financial data, including budgeting and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce reports, charts, and graphs for data analysis.
  • Creative flair and an eye for good design, coupled with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM systems and the capability to generate analytical reports.

Desired Experience:

  • Knowledge of global markets and the ability to work on international bids.
  • Fluency in different languages will be beneficial for working with international clients.
  • Proficiency in design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) for creating more polished and visually appealing presentations and documents.

Education/Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Business Management or Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or Engineering.

Additional requirements:
