Summary: Huda Beauty is looking for a highly motivated Junior Customer Service Coordinator. This person will play a pivotal role with the customer service offered to our retailers both in the UK and EU. In addition to the duties in Customer Services, Operations and Warehousing, the position offers exciting exposure to Sales, Finance, Supply Chain & Inventory Management with weekly exposure to the sell in meetings with our commercial team, VP of Finance and COO.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily processing of influencer orders into ERP Microsoft Dynamics system.
  • Keeping accurate records of processed orders (tracking info, delivery times).
  • Assisting Customer Service Coordinator in processing B2B orders.
  • Effectively communicating out-of-stock SKUs, delivery timelines and delays to commercial team.
  • Liaising with the EU and UK warehouses to ensure influencer orders are processed and delivered on time.
  • Creating Stock reports for B2B customers (OOS and back-in-stock dates).
  • Maintaining Influencer delivery details in Influencer Address Database and that any changes are updated.
  • Coordinating influencer return orders and liaising with PR team and EU/UK warehouses to ensure they are processed correctly.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 year's experience of Excel
  • 1-2 year's experience of Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multiple priorities
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
