£40,000 Base plus uncapped commission
Remote- Field based with weekly branch contact
Base salary plus uncapped commission, company car, laptop and phone
U-Drive are recruiting for a client centric and dynamic Corporate Account Manager looking to make their mark Working alongside a focussed and supportive team, you’ll continuously generate new business as well as consistently maintaining and growing existing accounts. You’ll be someone who thrives on excellent service and demonstrates active listening in every interaction with your client base, looking to provide outstanding bespoke solutions for your clients’ business operation by utilising U-Drive products.
About the Role
As one of our Corporate Account Managers, you'll be a crucial part of our team and more importantly, our growth. You’ll be driving brand awareness of our services and commercial vehicles to a full range of businesses, keeping our portfolio of clients varied and profitable. You’ll be comfortable prospecting clients, handling, and chasing leads, cold calling, and being the primary point of contact for B2B growth. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and Head Office to meet client needs, manage business pipeline, and contribute to the overall success of the business both surrounding the branch and nationally.
Core Responsibilities
- Create new sales and business opportunities through online and in-person prospecting, outreach, and cold calling- new business is the focus of the role
- Chase and follow up on leads, qualify and develop new business enquiries, and build strong relationships through insightful interactions
- Act as the ‘go-to’ contact for prospective clients, present a professional and client-focussed image in all communications and meetings
- Strategic growth and nurturing of existing accounts with genuine willingness to provide excellence with every interaction
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records
- Creating and maintaining an active and up to date presence on LinkedIn and other social channels to connect with potential clients and generate brand awareness
About You
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the following relevant skills and competencies:
- You have demonstrable experience with business-to-business sales
- You hold a Full UK driving license
- You’re a natural problem solver with a positive and proactive "can do" attitude
- You have a strong work ethic, resilient outlook and a sense of personal and company pride
- You thrive in a fast-paced and adaptable work environment
- You see the long-term as well as the immediate in managing your approaches to developing your accounts
- You exhibit strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette with an inherent want to ‘get in front’ of your customers
- Experience with commercial vehicles or related automotive background is advantageous, but if you’re a born Salesperson motivated to learn and grow quickly, we’d love to hear from you too
