Transformation Project Manager - Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote per week


We are recruiting for a busy and varied Transformation Project Manager role to effect change to reduce manual workload and effect automation. Our client is looking for someone who is able to reduce and/or remove the requirement for overclaim, improve data quality across their customer base and improve payment accuracy and speed of processing an increased volume of claims.


Key Responsibilities:

  • The strategic delivery of projects is based around Accounts Receivable and claims validation to reduce manual workload and to speed up claims verification and payment processes.


  • Mapping existing processes and looking for opportunity to improve automation then designing and implementing process changes to fulfil company strategy and business objectives.


  • Bringing efficiencies to improve day-to-day working of the Accounts Receivable team.


  • Develop programmes and processes to reduce manual reporting due to customer overclaim allowed by existing systems.


  • The ability to work collaboratively with strong stakeholder management, building relationships to align the business.


Skills Required:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently to drive project initiatives forwards


  • Creative problem solver and analytical, able to identify problems quickly and solve them


  • Works to a structured framework ideally within Prince2 and Agile but equally lots of Project Management experience is the essential


  • Understanding of RPA tools such as power automate automation anywhere to automate repeatable processes.
