As they continue to expand their presence in the market, they’re seeking a driven and experienced National Account Manager to be a part of their grocery division.


As a National Account Manager for their grocery division, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and establishing the brand as a prominent player in the industry. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key national accounts, driving sales, and executing strategic initiatives to achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for driving sales within convenience and high street channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver growth within the existing customer base by building strong relationships with customers to unlock opportunities.
  • Ownership of the volume and revenue forecast for your accounts.
  • Work closely with the Founders on the UK sales strategy, enabling the brand to grow to their full potential.
  • Account Management of the allocated customers within grocery, convenience and high street channels.
  • Manage promotional strategy, in-store implementation, and NPD launches
  • Support the wider team on trade shows and key marketing activities
  • Ensure brand consistency in store and online activity with customers
  • Collect and analyse sales data and trends and present insights internally and externally as relevant
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings with current and future customers

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success within the FMCGindustry, with a focus on challenger brands.
  • Strong understanding of foodservice channels, including experience working with national accounts, distributors, and operators.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
