Channel Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with distributors and major installers to deliver efficient and effective after-sales service;
- Organise training programs and help implement certification processes for installers;
- Offer sales training and support to help installers understand and effectively sell products;
- Engage in regular training sessions to stay updated on digital power products.
- 80% of the time traveling to get familiar with installers in the early stage, and 30% of the time traveling once settled
Requirements:
- Own vehicle: full UK driving license and have own vehicles
- Work Experience: Prior experience in Solar channel work and Solar installer experience.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree
