Your new role

  • You will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day management of all functional areas of Epos. These include data management, hardware support, as well as all the activities related to analytics and reporting for Catering & Retail.
  • The post-holder will provide relevant, resilient, and cost-effective support services.
  • You will apply technical expertise to resolve complex problems, generate innovative ideas, drive Epos service improvements and support/ develop.
  • Manage and maintain the internal EPOS back of house system including programming on stock, RSP, recipes & general category management.
  • Produce and maintain a suite of financial information for the commercial team & provide up to date and accurate commercial analysis.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience managing an Epos platform within the food & beverage and/or retail industry.
  • Worked specifically on implementing new EPOS platforms.
  • A proven track record of implementing new Epos related initiatives including launching new apps and creating operational processes.
  • Knowledge of software, data security and compliance, risk management and data management.
