The Opportunity: Central Sales Manager

What You’ll Be Doing


Coordinating Viewings:

  • You’ll take charge of scheduling and managing viewings of our office spaces, ensuring that each one is a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Working closely with clients, brokers, and our internal teams, you’ll make sure everything is perfectly arranged.

Building Relationships:

  • You’ll be the friendly face and voice that brokers and agents turn to, nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
  • Keeping them informed and supported will be a key part of your role, ensuring they always feel valued.

Managing Availability:

  • You’ll oversee our office space availability, keeping everything up-to-date and accurate.
  • Your attention to detail will ensure that all information is readily available and reliable.

Matching Workspaces:

  • Using your keen understanding of client needs, you’ll match them with the perfect office solution.
  • Your recommendations will make a real difference in helping businesses find their ideal space.

Handling Client Communication:

  • Whether answering calls or managing inquiries through our CRM system (Salesforce), you’ll be the warm, knowledgeable voice of sub800.
  • You’ll ensure that every client feels heard and cared for.

CRM Management:

  • You’ll keep our Salesforce system running smoothly, ensuring that all data is current and well-maintained.
  • Your meticulous nature will ensure that our CRM is a powerful tool in our sales process.

Reporting:

  • To ensure we are all working towards the success of sub800, sales reports will need to be produced. This allows us to see what’s working and what needs a helping hand to thrive.


Who You Are

Administrative Experience:

  • We are looking for someone that has previous administrative experience, but it is not essential.

Detail-Oriented & Organised:

  • You have an eye for the little things that make a big difference and take pride in keeping everything in order.

Relationship-Builder:

  • You enjoy connecting with people and are naturally skilled at building rapport and trust.
