Role Overview: This role would suit a proactive and experienced People Manager or Senior HR Advisor who has prior experience working within the TV, Broadcast, Creative or Entertainment sector, based in London with extensive Employee Relations experience, who enjoys partnering with Senior Leadership in dynamic and fast paced client groups.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Leadership and Managers to support on Employee Relations cases that arise
  • Acting as a first point of contact and confidential support for all employees and Managers onset and at Head Office.
  • Providing supportive and empathetic advice on policies and best practices.
  • Be comfortable having informal conversations regarding people challenges as well as leading on end to end formal cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, with the support of HR Coordinators
  • Supporting managers to identify team learning needs and work with external providers as well as design and deliver in-house training where required, with the support of the HR & Learning Coordinator.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects and initiatives
  • Be visible and supportive as the HR representative at production sites, having a hands on, friendly and approachable nature

Requirements:

  • Proven HR Advisory experience within a TV/Film/Creative/production or similar company
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
  • Experience managing high volume and complex informal and formal ER cases
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to start on 1st October and commit to 12 months maternity leave cover
