Role Overview and Features:

The CRO Analyst will sit at the heart of the digital CRO team, representing the voice of the customer through data-driven insights. You will gather and analyse data using tools like Contentsquare and Google Analytics to build hypotheses for A/B and MVT tests. Your work will support the wider business with digital enhancements, helping to create seamless and personalized holiday experiences.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Contentsquare.
  • Knowledge and understanding of CRO and A/B testing
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data manipulation in Excel
