About the Company
Our mission is to help students and recent graduates discover their potential in the world of work through innovative technology, content, and support tools. By partnering with universities, employers, and schools, we bridge the gap between young talent and employers looking to hire the best candidates for early-career roles.
This role focuses on graduate and intern recruitment programs, providing end-to-end support in attracting, engaging, and on-boarding top talent.
Role Overview:
Candidate Engagement Coordinator – Graduate/Intern Programs
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Candidate Engagement Coordinator with a passion for recruitment and early-career development. Working closely with recruitment specialists, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting graduate and internship programs, focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Based onsite with flexible work options, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to dive into early careers recruitment, get hands-on experience, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of talent acquisition. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, motivated, and ready to contribute to building a talent pipeline for one of our top clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the selection and on-boarding processes, keeping applicants engaged with personalized “keep warm” activities.
- Assessment Center Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for assessment centers, including room bookings, schedule management, and pre-event communications.
- Candidate Support and Compliance: Follow internal processes and provide support for candidates, including those requiring reasonable adjustments. Ensure all governance and visa eligibility requirements are met.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Graduate and Intern Managers and Recruitment Partners to meet selection and program needs.
- Ongoing Learning and Development: Attend recruitment events, industry fairs, and internal sessions to build expertise in the early careers recruitment landscape.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Effective at engaging with candidates, providing support, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Results-Oriented Approach: High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and an interest in learning recruitment systems.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative, solution-oriented approach, with a drive to contribute to team success.
What We Offer
- Career Growth Opportunities: A clear path for advancement within the early careers recruitment field.
- Flexible Work Environment: Hybrid work with onsite and remote options.
- Employee Benefits: Competitive salary, 5% contributory pension, 25-28 days holiday, life assurance, and additional well-being support.
- Team Culture: Casual dress code, regular team events, and a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
