The Opportunity - Marketing Executive

  • Be a part of the team and lead the expansion of the company's marketing efforts as they centralise their marketing operations and do more in-house
  • Support fundraising efforts by developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at specific potential customers/clients
  • The role has potential to eventually expand to include greater involvement in marketing to company founders as well.



Day-to-day role responsibilities:

  • Marketing campaigns: Develop and run various marketing campaigns - generate content ideas, plan schedules, and manage campaign execution across PR, email marketing, social media, etc.
  • Lead Generation: Work with the sales team to generate new leads, leveraging channels like social media, paid ads and emails.
  • Event Management & Coordination: Collaborate with the fundraising team to brainstorm, plan and execute various events.
  • Review performance: Manage the CRM (HubSpot) and review website performance to help make improvements for inbound enquiries and SEO.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role, preferably from FS sector
  • Proven experience in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of CRM and database management (preferably HubSpot).
  • Ability to organise and plan forward-looking content strategies, with a track record of growing database and newsletter engagement.
  • Good communication skills for team collaboration and working with external suppliers.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring campaign ROI



Practical Info:

  • Location: central London office, nearest station Westminster
  • WFH: 1 day a week to WFH, the rest in the office for collaboration
  • Compensation: circa £35,000 base salary DOE
