We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to be a founding member of our compact, high-performing and innovation-focused R&D team. About You

You're a passionate and driven Mechanical Engineer with a strong intuitive understanding of engineering principles. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges with a hands on, problem-solving approach. Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in mechanical engineering, with a focus on fluidics, vibration, statics, and dynamics.
  • 5-8 years' experience in in consultancy or startups
  • Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative product designs with minimal reliance on CAD software.
  • Experience in leading technical projects, conducting design reviews, and assessing feasibility.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to guide and mentor junior engineers.
