The primary responsibility of this role is to develop the market to generate continuous Sales in the assigned region. To do so, you will build relationships with existing and potential distributors, carry out market reviews and analyses, observe and assess competition & identify new business opportunities.



Things you will be doing as Assistant Regional Manager – UK


  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan through achievement of the monthly Volume targets by channel and category
  • Ensure the verification and approval of distributors claims; ensure follow up on on-time clearance of claims, ensure all payments and outstanding balances are recovered
  • Manage distributor stock levels & ensure stocks are in acceptable limits
  • Execute Trade Marketing activities; in-store activation, branding, promotions, implementation of planogram etc.
  • Conduct numeric and weighted distribution Audits and strategizing on improving numbers
  • Support in the forecasting, formulating & execution of sales plans

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 3-4 Years of FMCG Sales experience
