Objectives of the Role: The Head of IT Strategy, Architecture and Innovation will lead enterprise and technical architecture, as well as an engineering shared services team organized into multiple agile squads and be responsible for their growth, upskilling, ongoing technical advancement, and business development. You will work closely with peers to align to an enterprise vision for delivery of services across Beazley’s technical functions, with a focus on delivering leading edge platform capabilities at a global enterprise level. You will drive a culture of innovation and continuous service improvement across Beazley’s technical domains, including Engineering shared services and our technical centres of excellence. You will be part of the IT Leadership team and work closely with your peers to develop IT’s engineering talent and accelerate our speed and innovation through creation and adoption of the latest platform capabilities. As a senior leader, you will also lead the technical contribution to our overall IT strategy, improving our operating model and attracting and developing digital engineering talent across IT.
