The Senior Product Lead, Data and Analytics - 6 months contract - Remote


You will will own the vision, requirements, and value delivery for specified products or components within the Data & Analytics domain. This role is accountable for harmonization and standards in the data domain, ensuring successful digital product delivery, compliance with quality and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the total cost of ownership for the product portfolio. You will work closely with digital and business stakeholders to influence project decisions and prioritize business demands while facilitating risk management and problem resolution.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Product Ownership: Own the product(s) from a "What" and "Why" perspective, ensuring clear vision, requirements, and value delivery.
  • Standardization: Ensure harmonization and standards within the Data domain.
  • Project Shaping: Collaborate with other Data & Analytics towers to shape and resource projects for successful delivery.
  • Product Delivery: Oversee Digital Product Delivery, tracking execution and reporting on KPIs/Metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders to influence project decisions and prioritize business demands.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.), and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain compliant documentation at both functional and technical levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Contribute to operational excellence by facilitating risk management and problem root cause analysis.
  • Support Coordination: Provide or coordinate L3 support for products.
  • Cost Management: Oversee the total cost of ownership for the product portfolio and propose optimizations.


Requirements:


  • 8+ years as a technology lead in the Data & Analytics domain.
  • Experience in various sectors, preferably in FMCH.
  • Proven experience in leading large, complex data transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP ecosystem (modules, key tables, data extraction).
  • Experience managing transversal and offshore teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern technologies, development methods (Lean & Agile), and tools (Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, ML/AI programming languages).
