JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Digital Concierge to join our dynamic team at Circles UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional digital support, managing online requests, and delivering personalised solutions to enhance our clients' experience. This role involves leveraging technology to efficiently handle inquiries, coordinate services, and ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for digital inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance to clients.
- Manage online requests via email, chat, or bespoke platforms, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to deliver personalised solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available services, tools, and processes to offer informed recommendations.
- Monitor and track client interactions to ensure high satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and service standards, maintaining a professional and client-centric approach at all times.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a customer service, digital support, or concierge role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and systems, such as CRM platforms, chat applications, and email.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
