As the Performance Creative Alchemist, you’re not a cog in the machine; you are the machine. You understand what it takes to succeed in the attention economy and thrive in fast-paced environments. Your role is crucial in translating data and insight into tangible, impactful ad creative - from ideation and inception, right through to final delivery. You’ll collaborate with our diverse creative team and play a part in igniting a collective energy to produce content that resonates deeply, captures attention, and drives meaningful growth for businesses whose mission is to make the world a brighter place.


Your day-to-day will involve generating captivating ideas, overseeing projects to ensure timely and on-budget delivery, working with our creative team and clients’ performance teams to analyse content performance to inform future creations, and communicating with clients.


Your mission is to bridge the gap between analytics, creative ideation, and strategic execution.

The role

We’ve created this role from the ground up, and it’s just as unique as its name…

Responsibilities


  • Work with the Junior Creative Alchemist to ensure a constant stream of relevant, engaging, and left-field creative insights that power the ideation and creation process.
  • Follow our fortnightly and monthly sprint structure and ensure briefs and creatives are repeatedly delivered on time and informed by insight.
  • Utilize our custom Notion system to design and deliver briefs, as well as accurately estimate hours for work streams.
  • Make clients feel cared for, heard, and informed.
  • Ensure the creative team is fully briefed, and understands what is required of them.
  • Lead the charge on ideation, utilising all the resources available.


The role falls into three main categories:


Briefing and ideation


  • Overseeing the delivery of consistent high-quality creative insights - through briefing our Junior Creative Alchemist whilst also diving into the data yourself
  • Weekly Creative Ideation utilising client knowledge, creative insights, and creative references, and delivering those ideas at the start of every new sprint.
  • Brief creation - converting ideas into informative and succinct briefs for the creative team to follow.
  • Resource assignment (assigning briefs) to creative team members.


Creative delivery


  • Management of the creative process from brief creation to delivery.
  • Managing the feedback process - collating, communicating and actioning creative feedback.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables across the creative team.
  • Manage and keep a good relationship with freelancers.
  • Manage all approvals and sign-offs, including the sharing of final deliveries.


Client and Account management


  • Be the point of contact for clients.


Creator briefing and management

  • Lead the charge on defining our own network of high quality content creators, which you will play a key part of briefing and overseeing to deliver raw content for our workstreams.

  • Slack (for comms)
  • Bright/Tracker (Bright/Shift owned tech - a system to house creative insights to inform hypothesis-led briefs)
  • Creative Pipeline (Bright/Shift owned tech - a system to create and oversee creative briefs and collaborate with our creative teams)


£35-£38k DOE, plus:
