The Company:
This is a super exciting opportunity to work for a well-known e-commerce business, seeking a strategic and creative CRM Specialist to implement automated marketing plans through targeted personalised communications. You will own the execution of automated communications through channels such as direct mail, SMS, email, and push channels.
The ideal candidate will thrive on working omnichannel with a customer-first mindset, and the ability to define strategy and drive implementation. A proven track record of delivering commercial growth through CRM and personalisation strategies is a must.
The CRM Specialist will:
- Work on exciting sponsorship activations in CRM, such as the Euros, and deliver execution on expansion of the business into new category areas.
- Lead campaign and execution across all consumer touchpoints to deliver growth and improved retention of customers, from concept to delivery.
- Define, implement and optimise triggered email, SMS and in-app (push) programmes
- Communicate and show a strategic mindset and vision to key stakeholders
- Lead the CRM marketing calendar, collaborating with the Product and Sales Teams
- Report on campaign activities and performance across your specific area
Requirements:
- CRM and Lifecycle experience, 2+ years
- Retail, e-commerce or consumer-focused background desireable
- Advanced understanding of Braze and/or Salesforce (MC)
- Understanding of GDPR regulations
- Good communicator
