US Sales Manager

Salary- circa £50k + Comms

Central London (2- Days in Office).


I'm working with a global sports retail and gaming agency who are on the lookout for a proactive US Growth Sales Manager to work across a global portfolio.


The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. Looking for someone with previous US B2B sales and business development experience, open to industry backgrounds.


Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with new and existing accounts, building and developing relationships.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and develop new business relationships
  • Understand KPIs, targets and performance review.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success
  • Attending key trade shows
  • Working closely with the US office, formulating sell-in plans/strategies in close liaison with SVP and in line with company launch timings for NPD.


Qualifications:

  • Previous Account Management and Business Development experience essential.
  • Track record of dealing with large national or regional accounts
  • Experience of International business
  • Good commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and manage using tools like Excel and SAP.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill with both internal and external teams in multiple countries.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
