We are quickly building a dynamic global brand and seeking a passionate individual to join us as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.


Job Description:

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s administration and supporting the overall business growth. In addition to providing assistance you will have the opportunity to lead internal optimisation and other key projects. This role is ideal for someone looking to have a significant impact across the company and grow with the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO by managing communication, schedule and priorities.
  • Project and Process Management: Support and lead important project management activities and help develop and implement efficient, organised company processes.
  • Administrative and Office Management: Oversee various administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Finance and Legal Coordination: Assist with financial and legal tasks, including liaising with third parties and managing essential documentation.
  • Human Resources Support: Contribute to HR activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, and benefit administration.
  • Organisational Development: Maintain, organise and standardise company information and documentation systems.


About You:

You should be a team player who can collaborate broadly, but also be comfortable working independently on projects, making decisions, and proposing innovative improvement solutions. You should be comfortable working at a high pace, sometimes on tasks beyond your job description and level of experience.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years + of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Experience with project management and process design.
  • Familiarity with HR processes.


Other Valuable Skills:

  • Experience working in a small, high-performance team.
  • Experience in E-Commerce/consumer goods.
