Up to £65,000 + Perks
Our client is rapidly becoming a household name in the food world with 33% brand awareness in the UK. They are daring & disruptive with distribution across all of major Retail & High St accounts. They’re looking for someone to help lead on critical Top 4 accounts to support them on their journey to £50m.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and execution for your Grocery accounts.
- Lead best in class sales pitches + negotiations to land & deliver value adding JBPs.
- Own your numbers managing forecasting, P&L and promotional planning.
- Develop and execute annual plans with Operations & Marketing.
- Own reporting and forecasting to ensure the business has visibility of performance to date and year to go projections.
What’s on Offer?
- Base Salary: up to £65,000
- Bonus: up to 20%

- 28 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday
- Hybrid Working 3x pw
- Central London HQ
Do you have the following to apply? ✅
- 4+ years commercial experience with a proven track record of getting results.
- You MUST have managed a Top 6 Grocery Account.
- Great at building relationships and influencing decision makers both externally and internally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable pulling together category stories.
- Numerically strong with data analytical skills.
- Responds well to pressure & hitting tight deadlines in fast paced environment.
