We have taken on a great opportunity to join lovely private equity firm. Based in stunning Mayfair offices, they have built a strong, welcoming culture, and boast low turnover within their staff. They are looking for a warm and well-presented individual to join the team of about 75 in London.

THE RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
This newly created role within a wider front of house team. Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
  • Management of meeting rooms and booking system
  • Arrangement of refreshments for meetings
  • Management of post and couriers
  • Assisting with IT and AV equipment for meetings
  • Ad hoc office duties

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and collaborative approach to the role. Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to the role are essential, as is prior experience working within a similar environment.
