Digital Growth Analyst
As a Digital Growth Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data-driven insights and optimisation strategies to enhance performance, customer experience, and drive measurable results. Sitting in the Marketing & Customer Experience Department, your focus will be on key competencies such as web analytics, attribution modelling, funnel reporting, GTM maintenance, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), reporting and dashboards, and budget optimisation. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data quality assurance.
Desirable competencies include Salesforce reporting, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Data-Driven Insights:
- Utilise web analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Implement attribution modelling to understand the effectiveness of various marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain funnel reporting to track user journeys and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Optimisation and Performance:
- Maintain and optimise GTM & GA for accurate data collection and tracking.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives by conducting A/B tests using tools such as Optimizely or VWO to improve on-page metrics and user experience.
- Implement budget optimisation strategies to maximise ROI across digital channels.
- Effectively communicate with design and technical teams to articulate and implement your vision for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) improvements.
- Proficiency in using CMS page builders is advantageous.
Reporting and Dashboards:
- Create and manage reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Produce regular reports on Marketing performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Use SQL and Power BI/Tableau to create reports from data warehouses, integrating them with other tools to deliver insights on metric improvements to directors.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through regular data quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify data discrepancies.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance & Technology) to align with overall business objectives.
- Provide clear and concise communication of Marketing performance to stakeholders.
Skill Enhancement and Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies related to digital analytics.
- Continuously improve skillset in line with evolving digital marketing practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in web analytics, attribution modelling, and funnel reporting.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools.
- Experience using 3rd party session recording tools such as Hotjar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau is desirable.

Interview Process:
Initial Discussion (Virtual 30 minutes):
This stage aims to give a more comprehensive overview of Capify & the role in addition to understanding your professional background, skills, and motivations.
Interview with Presentation (In Office 1 Hour):
The second stage consists of a one-hour face-to-face interview at our office. During this interview, you will be required to deliver a presentation in response to a brief provided after the initial discussion. This presentation will provide you with an opportunity to showcase your expertise and approach.

- Do you currently reside within an hour's commute of our office location?
- Are you willing and able to commute to our Altrincham office 3 days a week?
Experience and Skills:
- Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field?
- How many years of experience do you have in web analytics, attribution modelling, and funnel reporting?
- Are you proficient in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics?
- Do you have experience using SQL for data extraction and reporting?
- Have you worked with Power BI/Tableau to create and manage reports?
- Do you have experience conducting A/B tests using tools such as Optimizely or VWO?
- Are you familiar with Salesforce reporting and its integration with other analytics tools?
Technical Proficiency:
- Are you experienced in using third-party session recording tools such as Hotjar?
- Do you have a solid understanding of CMS page builders and their use in optimising web pages?
- Can you provide examples of how you have implemented budget optimisation strategies in previous roles?
