This role offers variety, working with the Senior Content & Channels Manager as well as the broader Corporate Affairs team to champion channels and bring to life the magic of the company with every campaign.


The objective of the role it to drive engagement and grow their reach amongst key stakeholders, on issues from sustainability to health and wellbeing.


The successful applicant will have strong channel management experience and can create cut-through content that can engage and influence the target audience.


The role is part of the Corporate Affairs team, which is accountable for building belief in this transformation and growing its relevancy, all while maintaining exceptional public trust in the brand.


Channel Management :


  • Working with the Senior Content & Channels Manager to create engaging and impactful, fame driving social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Support with the day-to-day management of social platforms, including posting and scheduling content, primarily on LinkedIn, X(Twitter) Instagram and Threads.
  • Support the day-to-day management of the Corporate Website, working with business partners to keep it modern and fresh – uploading blogs, press releases and refreshing content.
  • Work with the broader creative team to produce high-quality and visually appealing social media content for both campaigns and BAU content.
  • Be at the forefront of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to drive a social -first culture within the business and maximise the impact of the social content.
  • Support day-to-day operations, CMS and publishing schedule of corporate channels – ensuring they are up to date and a brilliant shop window for the corporate transformation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the marketing and creative teams, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.
  • Support with short-video editing on social platforms, such as Instagram, using CapCut and in-app tools.
  • Analyse competitor activity and share insights with the Senior Content & Channels Manager.



Planning & Co-ordination:


  • Attend and participate in weekly content planning meetings lead by the Head of External Communications and Campaigns to agree production requirements.
  • Maintain the publishing calendar to ensure all social activity is up to date.


About You :


  • Strong editorial sensibilities, setting tone and displaying great judgement when it comes to ensuring content is on brand, highly engaging and aligned to the strategy.
  • Experience in using and publishing on CMS platforms.
  • High degree of personal and professional familiarity with all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube etc.
  • Held similar positions and worked in social/content teams - in-house or agency.
  • Experience working with large scale content, and ability to work efficiently and effectively with them.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills .
  • A digitally literate person who keeps on top of key trends and innovations able to drive the tiktokification of video content .
  • Consistent record to think creatively and develop innovative content that speaks to, and gains traction with, target audiences
  • A strong storyteller who can develop content for a range of external channels and who understands that great content is more than just great copy.
  • Multi-media expertise and editing skills .
  • Ability to digest information quickly and meet tight time frames across several projects.
  • Would be beneficial to have a detailed working knowledge and proficiency in the key Microsoft platforms for internal communications including Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer and Viva Connections.
  • Would be beneficial to have Adobe creative suite knowledge – specifically, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
