The team is currently spread across the EMEA region and includes designers, marketing, and sales professionals. The ideal candidate may come from an arts, editorial, design, or product background, and should be able to manage budgets, lead a team, and build internal and external relationships. This is a hybrid role, as there is currently no official office in London yet. Throughout 2025, the focus will be on starting the design collections to market, position and sell. The managing creative director will oversee all creative elements of the studio, including the homeware collection, magazine, and general creative projects.


The goal of the role is to build a luxury brand from the ground up with substantial financial backing and a dedicated team. We are seeking ambitious individuals with a strong drive who excel in luxury design.


Professional Requirements:


  • Demonstrable experience of working in a global business.
  • Must be a visionary creative with luxury experience.
  • Entrepreneurial traits - able to plan a path from A - B.
  • Experience of the HNW/UHNW market.
  • Outstanding leadership, motivational and communications skills.
  • Excellent analytical and presentational skills.
  • Confident, articulate, and professional.
  • Strong ability to negotiate, influence and convince
  • Strong design knowledge not inclusive of fashion/arts/jewellery/homeware/furniture
