Dark kitchens are the future of the multi billion pound food-delivery industry and Jacuna Kitchens are at the forefront of this sector. With 27 live locations, Jacuna Kitchens is the largest Dark Kitchen provider in the UK and works with 100s of the most loved food brands in the world including Burger King, Wingstop and Popeyes.


Dark kitchens are commercial kitchens with no customer frontage which allows food businesses to grow their online delivery presence via apps such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat or Hungry Panda. These kitchens can also be used for Central Production Units which allows businesses to optimise their production for their high street stores, schools, markets, festivals or catering events.


We are looking for an outstanding Account Executive to join its industry leading sales team to help expand its customer base. This role is office-based out of our location in Shoreditch.



What you’ll do


  • Develop meaningful relationships with key decision makers at the UK’s most loved independent, and growing restaurants. You will play a pivotal role in making Jacuna Kitchens THE name in the UK Dark Kitchen sector.
  • At least 50% of your pipeline will consist of Outbound deals, supplemented by a regular flow of inbound MQLs.
  • Lead in developing and delivering customer pitches.
  • Management and full ownership of complex sales cycles
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including an in-person facility tour.
  • Responsible for reliable revenue forecasting and ownership of your sales pipeline as communicated through CRM.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and accurate pipeline.
  • This role does not involve Account Management.
  • This is an office based position.


What you'll need to succeed


  • 3+ years experience in sales including a commission-based environment. Experience in the Hospitality or Foodtech sector being a plus.
  • A demonstrable track record of outperforming sales targets.
  • A strong knowledge of the hospitality or Real Estate market, and restaurant operations.
  • You are convincing with professional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proven Hunter, who can demonstrate grit in previous roles.
  • Previous experience of selling face-to-face.
  • Extensive experience of pipeline management.
  • You are an entrepreneurial individual, analytical in the way you think, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a startup is a bonus
