Responsibilities and expectations:
As an Account Executive you will work closely with the founding team, including the Co-Founder & CRO, who's based in London. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, including prospecting, champion building, multi-threading, managing pilots, negotiating and closing deals.
You'll be part of Salesfinity's growing UK-based sales team, with an office in the heart of London.
Please note: this role will require you to be in the office at least once or twice a week. Additionally, since Salesfinity's customer base is split between the US and Europe/UK, you'll be expected to work EST working hours to cover both regions, so please take this into consideration when applying.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a closing role, selling B2B SaaS (please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement).
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quota (net new business, both outbound and inbound)
- Self-starter, proactive, consultative, coachable and creative in prospecting & relationship-building.
- Significant cold-calling experience: loves it and is passionate to provide thought leadership on outbound sales
- Is able to cover American (mainly EST) working hours when needed
- Is excited work on and close SMB deals in the range of $5k-$15k
Nice To Have
- Experience with MEDDPICC
- Familiarity with sales tech stacks & CRMs, such as Hubspot, Outreach & Apollo
- Experience selling to B2B sales functions & sales leaders
- Track record of success in an early & fast-growing startup
- Previously a top-performing SDR
- Big social presence (especially on LinkedIn)
