KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mac OS X & iOS Support:

  • Provide end-user support for Mac OS X and iOS devices, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Mac OS X and iOS devices in line with organizational policies.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including networking, printing, and device synchronization problems.
  • Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades for Mac OS X and iOS platforms.

JAMF Management:

  • Administer and support JAMF Pro for device management, including enrolment, configuration, and security policies.
  • Manage macOS and iOS device deployment and profiles via JAMF, ensuring compliance with security standards and company policies.
  • Configure and deploy applications using JAMF Software.
  • Monitor device compliance, troubleshoot device issues, and perform remote management tasks through JAMF.

Asset Management:

  • Oversee the inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in asset management systems.
  • Manage the lifecycle of desktop and mobile devices, from procurement to retirement and disposal.
  • Assist with tracking and auditing hardware and software licenses to ensure compliance.
  • Perform regular audits of physical assets and systems, ensuring accurate reporting.
