Job Overview: The Administrative Assistant will support the General Manager by handling a variety of administrative tasks including data input, compliance monitoring, financial documentation, and research. This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills, a good grasp of numbers, and a keenness to learn and grow within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

  • Input and manage data within the company’s CRM system.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, performing regular checks and updates.
  • Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed for analysis and decision-making.

Compliance and Research:

  • Assist in monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, potential vendors, and market opportunities.
  • Prepare compliance and research reports for review by the General Manager.

Financial Assistance:

  • Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
  • Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and accuracy.

General Administrative Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize company events.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Provide general support to visitors and resolve administrative problems.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstration of academic or relevant experience in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Competent with numbers and comfortable handling financial and numerical data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proactive learner with a positive attitude towards receiving and acting on constructive feedback.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
