Role Summary:

Provide Customer Facing leadership to a team of 70+ SAP professionals, including Programme Managers, Project Managers and Functional / Technical Consultants. Support the strategic growth of the practice in-line with business growth (~80% YoY) in all key regions (UK, Northern Europe, Middle East and Africa), includes onshore, near/offshore capabilities.


You will have:

  • Overall responsibility to deliver large scale Data Migration Programmes, within budget and time scales.
  • Manage on going relationships with key Partners, including Big 4, Si’s, and Hyperscalers.
  • Mentor management team and lead from the front.
  • Key focus on Customer Success, with extensive experience in stakeholder and relationship management
  • P & L responsibility

Experience Required:


  • 15/20+ Years SAP Experience
  • Successful track record in leading large scale, £multi-million SAP transformation programmes
  • Leadership experience in managing SAP professional services teams
  • Proven track record in delivering Customer Success and Outcomes
  • Demonstrated successful leadership, practice development and growth
  • Strong referenceable relationship with SAP UK, SAP AG
