Role Overview:

As our Paid Media Director, you’ll be the driving force behind all things paid media. You’ll lead our strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, and other channels, ensuring we’re delivering innovative, effective campaigns that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. You’ll also be a mentor, guiding our team of media specialists and helping them grow into the next generation of digital leaders.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee paid media strategies that align with our clients’ goals and deliver strong ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire our paid media team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring our agency remains at the forefront of paid media innovation.

Client Relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling way that demonstrates our value and expertise.

Campaign Oversight:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, ensuring they’re on target and on budget.
  • Use data to continuously refine and improve campaign performance, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.

Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work closely with other teams (e.g., creative, content, SEO) to ensure a fully integrated approach to client campaigns.
  • Experiment with new platforms, tools, and techniques to keep our campaigns fresh and effective.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media, with a strong background in both Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

Skills:

  • Deep understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
