A leading digital marketing agency specialising in providing innovative solutions to help businesses thrive in the digital landscape. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Social Account Director to join our team and drive exceptional results for our clients.
Position Overview:
As the Paid Social Director, you will be responsible for leading our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, X, TikTok, and more. You will oversee the Paid Social Strategies and platform relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of paid social strategies
- Collaborate with the client servicing team to understand agency goals, objectives, and KPIs, and translate them into actionable paid social media plans.
- Manage a team of paid social specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure campaign success and professional growth.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with client budgets and timelines.
- Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics and interests for each campaign.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and deliver regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social media advertising, and share insights with the team and clients.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all paid social media-related inquiries, updates, and strategic discussions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a team of paid social specialists.
- Deep understanding of paid social media platforms, algorithms, targeting options, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and social media.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
