Role Description


We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth. As a pivotal member of the Built AI team, you will own the product lifecycle end-to-end, ensuring our solutions align with user needs, business goals, and market opportunities.


You'll collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to shape and deliver innovative features that align with our vision and goals.


Day to day responsibilities:


  • Own the customer problem: Truly understand the customer personas and pain points and define and prioritise features to meet their needs via simple but powerful solutions
  • End-to-end product management: Manage the full lifecycle of product development, from ideation, research, and design through to deployment,, and post-release analysis.
  • Drive product strategy: Help shape product vision, alongside execution goals (via OKRs) to ensure the team stays inspired while delivering iteratively
  • Deliver Value: Focus on creating features and solutions that drive revenue growth and maximize business impact
  • Know the Product: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the product mechanics and how customers are using the product
  • Analyse and improve: Regularly analyse quantitative data to identify learnings to inform product development.
  • AI and ML Integration: Shape and deliver features that leverage AI and machine learning capabilities, ensuring they drive value for users.
  • Collaborative Delivery: Work with engineering, data science, and leadership teams to align on priorities, resolve challenges, and deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Stay market-aware: Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to maintain our product’s competitive edge.
  • Lead Processes: Lead and participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage backlog: Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, defining requirements in the form of user stories and epics.

Who we are looking for:


An experienced product leader with a background in fintech or investment technology who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Desired experience and skills:

  • Proven SaaS expertise (at least 5 years): Extensive experience managing B2B SaaS products, particularly in financial technology or investment platforms
  • Product development and delivery: demonstrated experience in leading a cross functional team from a product perspective,
  • Early-stage startup experience (at least 2 years): Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining and building products from scratch (0-to-1).
  • Technical Financial aptitude: Demonstrated experience working with financial modelling data sets and use cases.
  • Customer-centric approach: Adept at conducting user research and transforming insights into actionable features that deliver measurable impact.
  • Growth mindset: Balances fast paced delivery with long-term product scalability and vision.
  • Unbiased product development: Takes an objective approach by formulating hypotheses, testing assumptions through experiments, and iterating to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Clear communication: Capable of articulating product strategies, priorities, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Thrives in team environments, working closely with design, engineering, and business teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Problem-solving focus: Skilled at identifying root causes of challenges and solving the right problems to create meaningful impact.
  • Detail-oriented execution: Committed to delivering high-quality products, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully crafted to enhance the user experience.
  • Tools: Strong familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Miro, and data analytics platforms.
  • STEM Degree: Hold a degree in a STEM subject or relevant field.
