About the Role


Our client are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our early-stage product team. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership to define and execute our product roadmap.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute product strategy, with a focus on lean, agile, and user-centred methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain an ambitious product roadmap.
  • Lead and participate in daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog, outlining user stories and epics.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring stakeholder alignment and project milestones are met.
  • Conduct user research in partnership with the Senior Product Designer, including interviews and testing, and work closely with customer support and marketing teams.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository to inform product decisions with insights from user research.
  • Analyse data from tools like Mixpanel to identify trends and guide product development.
  • Set success metrics for product releases and monitor performance using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Advocate for customer needs throughout the development process.



Requirements

  • Significant experience in product management.
  • Experience in a start up/scale up environment.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and ensuring timely progress.
  • Strong product sense with an understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Experience using analytics tools and project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals, and create clear project documentation.
  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Passionate about developing technology that will transform the wellness industry.
