This role will be a champion of brand and community, developing creative and engaging content to raise awareness and strengthen brand loyalty. Supporting the Head of Marketing with executing the social and marketing strategy you will be a natural story-teller, delivering engaging and inspiring content that ensures brand values are consistently communicated to customers and 3rd party stakeholders while increasing market share.
Profile
- Implement brand and community strategy that works in harmony with all marketing channels and wider business objectives.
- Champion the brand, always working to ensure the brand values and narrative is clear for the customer at every touchpoint of their journey
- Build appropriate relationships with customers, members of the media, influencers and brand community to strengthen the brand identity and reach
- Work with the HoM, and PR agency to build a plan of events and partnerships that supports the brands growth and community in global markets
- Work with the HoM to out brand campaigns that deliver key brand and seasonal marketing messages to drive engagement and revenue
- Develop and brief creative projects that are engaging and inspiring
- Oversee the brand marketing calendar, ensuring all markets are catered for and all content is delivered on brand in a timely manner
- Work with various stakeholders to set and implement the social media and gifting strategy that supports the community building in all markets
- Manage the social content critical path and ensure the Creative Director’s vision is delivered operationally for all content
Social Media
- Build and implement a strong social strategy to grow followers, brand interest and engagement
- Implement strategy and report on progress to wider team
- Report on social media KPIs making recommendations for improvements to ensure higher engagement and continued platform growth
- Ensure respective roles are answering customer queries in a timely fashion on the platform
- Build out the Organic Social strategy and posting schedule, creating relevant and engaging content to be used on multiple platforms.
- Manage the Instagram Shop alongside the Senior E-commerce Executive, ensuring new products, categories and collections are highlighted accordingly.
- Work hand in hand with the HoM on brand storytelling, proposing campaign ideas and copy for email marketing
- Review email analytics with the HoM, feeding into customer communication strategies and content ideas
Performance Marketing
- Work with HoM to brief in paid assets to creative team
- Write ad copy for advertising channels
- Sit in on performance marketing meetings, take minutes and circulate actions to wider team
Content
- Work with the HoM on delivering brand content and writing copy for; including but not limited to: auxiliary page content updates, SEO focused pages like sizing and styling guides, blog posts and interviews with likeminded brands or influencers, shopping guides for seasonal moments like Christmas or Thanksgiving.
- Make recommendations for the product/copy focus on seasonal categories and content pages like ‘Style Inspiration’ and ‘What To Wear This Weekend’.
- Oversee the execution and delivery of organic content posting, including organic IG, Facebook posting, Pinterest Boards, Tiktok
- Support on the production of content (shoots, film, partnership content), ensuring the Creative Directors vision is delivered
- Make recommendations on key seasonal moments to capture for upper funnel brand awareness activity (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc).
- Support on brand video campaigns, with input on ideas of brand video research, scripts, delivery, and execution.
- Work with the Content Manager on the yearly content budget
PR & Comms
- Write and send new collection press releases and lookbooks with appropriate UK, US, and INT press contacts.
- Share product and campaign imagery on a seasonal basis with key publishers.
- Work with the PR agency on approaching key contacts with brand specific stories as and when needed.
- Support HoM and PR agency on seasonal outreach target list in line with strategy for sign off amongst senior management.
- Research and establish relationships with key influencers
Key Skills
- 2+ years marketing experience with a brand in the same or similar vertical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Expert knowledge and a passion for social media platforms, including influencer marketing activity & community management, with a proven track record of growing an audience
- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to strategically plan and prioritise projects
- Experience in a scale-up business preferable
